This policy explains what information InkWit Apparel (inkwitapparel.com) collects when you shop with us, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It covers this website only; if you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy’s own privacy policy applies to that purchase.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. We do not see or store your full card number; payment is processed directly by Stripe.
Like most websites, we also automatically collect some technical information when you browse the site: your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics tools.

- To send marketing emails, but only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send
- To understand how people use the site, so we can make it better
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed to run the store, with these categories of service:
- Payment processing: Stripe handles your payment directly and securely. We never see your full card details.
- Order fulfillment: Printify and its print partner receive your name, shipping address, and order details so they can print and ship your shirt.
- Email: If you sign up for our list, your email is stored with our email provider (MailPoet) so we can send updates and offers.
- Analytics: Google Analytics helps us see which pages and products people visit. It does not receive your name, email, or order details.
- Hosting: Our site is hosted by Hostinger, which stores the technical data needed to run the site.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your login on My Account, and understand site traffic through analytics. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of checkout may stop working correctly if you do.
How long we keep your data
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. If you have an account with us, you can see, update, or delete your personal information from your account page at any time, except for records we’re required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we’re legally required to retain). Children’s privacy
InkWit Apparel is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
